Microbase CTI was successfully installed at the Telecom Company OnTelecoms. The integration of the Microbase CTI is covering the needs for sophisticated handling of incoming and outgoing traffic of the Business Customer Care of the company. The solution provided is featured with tools for real-time statistics, administration and monitoring of the service and many more.

Microbase will participate on the first e-security forum which will take place in Zappio Megaro on Friday 22 of June 2007. The General Manager of the company will present “Communication Security using IP protocol” and will propose solutions to improve security.

Microbase, for one more year, will participate to the Business Telecommunication Conference (BTC) taking place on Friday 8 June 2007 at the Conference Center Dais. Microbase will present the Email Security on Gateway level which was implemented using Borderware’s MXtreme product.

Microbase in cooperation with Dell completed successfully the installation of the OnTelecoms corporate telecommunications infrastructure. The OnTelecoms installation features interconnection between corporate buildings in different locations using Asterisk VoIP technology as well as Microbase's Asterisk service provision platform for easy configuration of a large number of terminal VoIP appliances.
